M-F: 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
TTh: 7:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.
Sat: 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
MWFSu: 12:00 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.

No drop-in or out of towners at morning practices due to lane space. MWF mornings do vary when the college teams are in season.
